u have to connect to bnet first like u would log into an acct...once it checks versions u will have the option...LETS PLAY LVL 99 PEOPLE!

okay i fixed it... apparently with the new battle.net, when i had to register my copy of diablo onto my email, i can no longer use my old cd or cd key to play the game.

i had to redownload and use my new cd key to play, but now ive got it working :D

still have my lvl 79 windy druid also :P
