Detox

DetoxSo basically I have come to the conclusion that I drink too much and have decided to do something about it. I am trying to really slow down or even stop if need be. If anyone else has gone through withdraws then please share your experience. I am only getting the insomnia and anxiety but that is after 2 beers. Who knows what it will be when I dont have anything tomorrow night. Hopefully my 2 months of alot more then usual for me has not put too much fat in my liver and should go away in a few months. I am posting this because it is currently 616 in the morning and I have only slept for about an hour and would really like to have an open support system other then my gf who does nothing but tell me to stop drinking. If anyone has any advice for coping with the withdraws please share.

Re: Detoxok so here it is kicking habits can be quite hard. thing is you need to find shit to do other than your habit, fill up your time because kicking habit can give your a lot of free time and with that free time you get bored and start up with your habit again. so scheduling stuff works nice, with stuff like working out to just plan out talking to someone. there is some other stuff i cant think of right now that helps but yea ill get back to you about that.
