5 year aniversary

so its my 5 year with my girl today. march 9th. and i find myself just not caring. she called trying to be sweet but i have been dismissive all week. she has just been annoying me all week. so i just dont care right now. does this mean its time to find a new girl to date for 5 years then get annoyed with? does this mean we need a break? does this mean i shouldnt go to vegas this weekend and have a great fucking time? what does all this mean?
